Freedom Asphalt Maintenance & Repair, LLC Agreement between:

Freedom Asphalt Maintenance & Repair, https://freedomasphaltpaving.com/  (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor")

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of services for asphalt maintenance and repair can include, but not limited to:

• Surface preparation: Cleaning, removing cobbles, and adjusting drainage 
• Crack sealing: Filling small cracks with a sealant 
• Oil spot removal: Treating or removing oil spots with an oil spot primer 
• Patching: Repairing areas with cracks or depressions 
• Overlays: Adding a thin overlay or milling and resurfacing 
• Seal coating: Applying a seal coat to the surface 
• Pothole repair: Fixing potholes caused by moisture, inadequate compaction, or alligatoring 
• Removal and replacement: Removing and replacing areas of pavement that are defective or don't drain properly
• Small Concrete Repair
• Snow & Ice Pre Treatment: Parking lots & sidewalks
• Pressure Washing: Commercial properties, sidewalks, buildings, awnings

PAYMENT TERMS

• Service Fees: All services will be billed at the current standard rates of the Contractor, as detailed in the service quote provided to the Customer.
• Payment Method: Payment shall be made in full upon completion of services or at scheduling

SERVICE SCHEDULING & ACCESS

• Appointment Scheduling: Customer must schedule all service appointments in advance by contacting the Contractor.
• Access to Equipment: Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the area for services.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Notification of Issues: Customer is responsible to notify the Contractor of any concerns
• Access Restrictions: Customer must inform the Contractor of any access limitations to the area service is needed

WARRANTY & LIABILITY

• Limitation of Liability: Contractor shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising from service provided, beyond the cost of repair or replacement of defective service

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana (Corporate Office) and North Carolina and any other state in the United States where services are rendered
